Semchu Datsi ( greenbeans curry)

I love green beans. its my favorite and I wouldn’t get tired eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.I want to make it hot and cheesy. You can choose to add less chillies and may add soy sauce or vinegar to suit your taste.

My mother used to grow broad beans in her small kitchen garden. My sister and I used to secretly visit the garden every now and then to see if its sprouting. Fresh green beans always brings that beautiful childhood memories flooding back.

The rich green color and its nutritional value should be included in your diet to have a balanced diet leading to healthy eating habit.

I got the beans fresh from the market but rest of the ingredients I used here are 3 days old ( from the day I bought) Nevertheless, the curry was delicious but not so much as my mother’s cooking.
